Cancelling an Order

Once you have placed an order, we are unable to change or amend it as it will have already gone through our system for processing. If you have changed your mind about your order, then please contact us when you have received the goods to say you would like to cancel the order. Normally this must be done within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Returns are sent back at your own cost unless the item is faulty or there was a mistake on our part.

How to Return

Please ensure you return items in their original packaging with all labels in place.

We do not currently offer exchanges unless an item is faulty.

If you are requesting a refund this will be for the value of the item only, we will only refund postage if the item is faulty.

All items must be returned in fully re-saleable condition, including full packaging and labels must be intact. We may refuse returns where this is not the case.

To return an item for a refund, please follow these simple steps:

Fill in the returns form section attached to your dispatch note and send the item and returns form back via the PO Box address provided.

Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us and a further 2-3 days for any refund to appear in your account.

Returns are sent back at your own cost unless the item is faulty or there was a mistake on our part.

We recommend you use a posting service that provides proof of delivery to return any items to us as we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.

Items bought by any third party must be returned to the third-party retailer.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us onĀ info@faithandbrown.com.

Please note, your unique Faith & Brown piece may differ slightly from the image on the website. Some stones can also include natural inclusions. If the piece you have received has different markings than that on the website or has natural inclusions, it is not deemed faulty.
